NOT Back To School!!!

The beaches are empty, the parks are clear and printer paper is on sale, because for many families, it's back to school time. For our family, it's #NOTBackToSchool!

We head to the empty beaches, the uncrowded parks and stock up on paper for the year.

We suck the marrow out of the summer still left, unhindered by a school schedule. This week, instead of rushing to get ready for the school year, we have been camping out on our land, reading, watching movies together and harvesting from our garden.

Instead of filling school supply lists, we spent our time riding horseback, play-fighting in the woods and even ventured to a new health food store!

This past weekend Big Curve Acres had their final public open house for the summer, so we had a blast volunteering there without a care in the world about back to school.

With Freeschoolin', we are free to explore our passions, discover and invent, revel and reflect in real time without interruption or the disruption of following arbitrary schedules or rules.

We use any and all healthy resources for education that world has to offer when the need or want arises.

We are learning everyday together as a family unit about all things life.
