Unschooling Is Easy

There was a meme going around about how it's ok to admit that homeschooling is hard. So many people feel this is true and are seeking others who can relate.

We totally respect other's opinions. But we don't feel that way at all about Unschooling. We find it easy.

Deschooling may be hard. It is challenging to reprogram the mind when it was so ingrained to believe that learning happens in a school setting with books open and pencils going. Yet from preparing meals to going to work, we are learning from every moment we live. Once the concept of life learning is fully accepted, Unschooling becomes no more difficult than getting up every day and living life. Visiting Friends. Food Choices, Respect for Others, Bonding, Creative Play, Physical Activity, New Experiences, Community, Problem Solving, Self Care, Patience, Reading, So Much More...
