Freeschoolin' Daddy

Hope's Best Friend is her Dad and there's so many reasons why!

Freeschoolin' Daddy is Hope's most constant playmate. It isn't me. Together, they get into clay sculpting, frog catching, hide and seek, challenging video games and recently, thanks to Hope's amazing Great Gramma, bike riding!

Pretend/Role Play is their most common activity as it's Hope's favorite thing to do. Sometimes they will be running around the house or in a park being the actual characters, and sometimes it will be a quieter game in the playroom with toys.

Risky Play probably wouldn't happen like it does without Freeschoolin' Daddy. He's very good at seeing the real danger aside from the fear. Sticking in the pond (leaning way the heck over the edge and freaking me out), nighttime walks through our rural property, even taking a jump into the snow from atop our 16hh thoroughbred! They are amazing adventurers!

Jaze, Freeschoolin' Daddy, is a professional wrestler and seasonal labourer so he doesn't have regular work hours. We are free to live every day as a family. This means that if Hope is reverse cycling (which she often does with the new and full moon) it's easy for someone to sleep to her schedule and that is almost always Daddy.
