Hope has been Reverse Cycling!

What is Reverse Cycling? The common time people sleep is during night time hours. Reverse Cycling is sleeping during the day and being awake at night. Babies, energy sensitives and night shift workers of all kinds live full and amazing lives the majority of the time at night, instead of during the day. Hope started reverse cycling when she was 3, and let us in on why when she was four; the moon. Sure enough after that, every time she was up all night, the moon was either near to full or close to new, once I learned what a New Moon was. This is what led us to understand the need for free choice in sleep at a young age. We couldn't imagine having tried to force Hope to sleep against her natural rhythm all these years or what that would have done to her body and our relationship. Read more articles on Reverse Cycling! This Week Superbed made another appearance which we all absolutely love. One day we are planning to live even tinier than we do now (around 500 sq ft) so it not only brings us together, it helps us practice for our future life. Every year, Hope asks to attend the 🎪Barrie Bouncefest so when we saw it adverted a few weeks ago, we planned to surprise her. Though Hope was up late into the night, we advised her we had things to do in the morning, so she prepared to be up when we had to go, regardless of how much sleep she had. Hope woke easily and was so excited when we explained we had a surprise for her. She had a blast bouncing, climbing and sliding for over 4 hours and Jaze and I were so happy to be there and experience it with her. Reverse Cycling doesn't stop us from doing things during the day that we must do; we just work around it. There's always a way. Unfortunately my body's stress level (see last week's article) still had not levelled out and I ended up catching something at the Bouncefest. Thankfully Jaze took care of me with lots of TLC, organic food, eucalyptus rub and a gargle of good quality baking soda with redmond's salt dissolved in warm water. I rested and am starting to feel normal again after only 4 days. Hope was very interested in sweeping and filling up the water this week during our time at 🌱Earth Valley Organics helping out with their horse herd. She also did a lot of ✏ drawing (I haven't scanned anything yet but we will share next week for sure!), Animal Jam, Minecraft and other 🐰animal video games. She's very interested in earning 💰money but is still putting plans together before she decides on anything. Hope is into the shows Supernanny and Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet as well as doll reconstructing videos and Minecraft building videos on Youtube.
